Review: Ever Bilena Matte in DUSK

So last week, my mom and I went to Watsons. I wanted to try something different for my everyday look so this time, I was looking for a nice shade of dark brown..

I've done some researches first and I've came across EB Matte in Dusk! EB Mattes are popular here in the Philippines because they are quality yet affordable pigmented lipsticks! Perfect for everyday use plus they offer a wide range of shades! This is just my second EB Matte lipstick. I had Mauve before and I didn't like the shade that much because it seems nothing / invisible when applied on my lips (read my review about that) so this time, I want to try a darker shade.

I've been contemplating if I should get Dusk or Toast of New York! Toast of NY is just a little lighter than Dusk.

Been using this for one week now and I love it! But look!! Haha it seems like it's going to fall off anytime!! Good thing it retails for only P165 or approx $4. 

Dusk has a deep and dark brown color with a touch of brick red!! Sounds complicated right? But it is really pretty!! It doesn't look cheap when applied unlike a certain product that I once tried!

Oh btw, did I mention that you can see the shade even without opening the tube? Makes it easier for every girl to look for a certain shade in a collection of lipsticks :)

Forgive my face! I just woke up from 12 hours of sleep that's why excuse me from using a Snapchat filter! Haha! So this is my bate face. Did not put anything!

Dusk when applied! See? It creates an impression and an impact on point. You need not to put blush on just to pull off a look!

When I go to work, I usually put on foundation, powder, fix my eyebrows and apply this Dusk lipstick then I'm good to go. It lasts long as well (around 4hours)!! However, I need to reapply after eating lunch and before going home. I'm not complaining though cause it is really good for it's price!! Will definitely try more shades from EB Matte collection.

Review: EB Advance HD Waterproof Mascara

My mom gave me this mascara days ago.. It was given to her by a friend who works in EB (Ever Bilena). Perks of having a friend who works in the cosmetic industry, right?

So it comes in a white container which weighs a bit heavy BUT it looks neat and presentable! Just be extra careful in using the brush in and out.

See what I mean? One wrong move and it might ruin the neat presentation of the mascara :) So be VERY careful! 

So the brush looks like this. Straight and tiny bristles! Feels sturdy also and it does the job well. I just hate it when there's a mascara left at the tip of the brush.

Review: Ever Bilena's Matte Lipstick in Mauvey

I was bored one day and so I decided to read some beauty blogs that I follow here. I saw really good reviews about the local brand Ever Bilena's matte lipsticks and I saw one post that says Mauvey shade is their best seller. From Rag Dolls to Barbie Dolls, Vanity and Everything in Between, The Grace Catcher, I am Jenniya, Filipina Make-up and Beauty Blog and Beauty on a Shoestring Budget are just SOME of the blogs I've read that gave a good review about this lipstick. After reading a lot of reviews I've decided to get one for myself! 

I'm so excited to use it! As in super excited! It's just my second time to try a nude lipstick and because of the good reviews, I got even more excited! So here's the verdict:

Ooops I can stop a typo error in the box! No worries though but I suggest they correct it as soon as possible!
