My lips always get dry! And I think all of my lipbalms here are already expired for the last time i bought was almost a year ago already.. I went to a department store and found this lipbalm called Bee Naturals.
As it claims, the ingredients are compared to Burst's Bees lipbalms. Burst's Bees are known for their excellent lip products but might be a little pricey. I bought the twin pack of Bee Naturals for ONLY P75 or approx $1.50.
Packaging is simple and pretty normal.
The only thing I don't like about the packaging is that.. the label can be peeled off because it is just plastic. I peeled of the plastic at the cover to open the lip balm but look at what happened to mine:
Before applying the lip balm.. Look at my lips.. IT IS VERY DRY!!
You might be asking why I'm very disappointed?.. Because it is VERY HARD to apply!! Feels like I'm applying a glue stick on my lips!! It doesn't glide smoothly on lips I SWEAR!!! I'm so disappointed! I should have chosen other lipbalms instead like Baby Lips, Carmex or Nivea!! Plus it has a very menthol feeling that it made my lips sting!! I love anything menthol but this one is too much!! It hurt my lips :( You will just waste your money if you buy this one!! Promise!!
I just hope that the texture will improve if I always use it or expose it to some heat!! :(

It actually improves as time goes by and it's probably the only lip balm I've used which actually feels like my lips are absorbing its moisture, instead of just sitting on top of it. My advice to you is that you rub off most of the top on the back of your hand. I know, a waste of product, but it is pretty cheap, though, so I'm okay with doing just that. :/
The stingy feeling also fades in a way, probably because my lips got used to it, I don't really know, but as you get through the product, it does get better. But if you want something that moisturizes AND repairs your lips, try Maybelline's Doctor (Dr???) Rescue. It was like an ointment for my lips, since I mostly use it at night. Down side of that is that it tastes horrid, especially if you're someone like me who tend to lick their lips a lot.
Oh, btw, where did you buy it? It's just, I couldn't find it in the department store in SM Pala Pala anymore, which is just sad because I really like it. :(
